A comprehensive property insurance

The real estate insurance applies to water damage, burglary damage, natural damage, and fire damage, as well as other damages that may affect the property.

Our real estate insurance provides you with comprehensive protection against various types of damages that can affect your warehouse, office, workshop, factory, residential building, or other types of properties.

The insurance includes e.g. protection for damage to heating and ventilation systems and clearing costs in connection with major damage. The insurance also pays costs for damage that has occurred around buildings belonging to the insured property or machine damage to, for example, the lift in buildings.

Oil damage

Did you know that our apartment building insurance gives you protection against oil damage? It does! If oil leaks out of a pipe system located in your building and damages your insured property, you have automatic protection for this in your regular apartment building insurance.

Good to know about real estate insurance

Theft insurance is included

Theft insurance for machines and equipment available at your place of insurance is included. No additional insurance is needed and there is no risk that you will be without compensation. However, the compensation is limited.

Compensation in the event of weather-related damage

No limit on compensation for weather-related natural damage such as storms, hail, snow load, or flood.

Additional coverages

Accidents for employees

The insurance covers costs for medical care, hospital care, dental care, and travel in the event of an accidental injury and provides compensation in the event of disability, if a person employed by the company or association is injured in the event of an accident.

Assault protection

The insurance is a complement to accidents for the board and members during unpaid work. It can also be chosen as a complement to accidents for the employees. If someone uses violence or threats of violence and injures one of the insured board members, members, or employees, the insurance can pay damages for personal injury if the perpetrator is unknown or unable to pay.

Burn injuries and sickness

The insurance is a supplement to accidents for the company's or association's employees and provides compensation if the accident has resulted in sick leave of at least 25% for more than 30 days.

Crisis therapy

The insurance reimburses costs for crisis treatment if one of the company's or association's employees suffers a serious traumatic event at work. The insurance can be extended to complete accident insurance. The insurance applies without a deductible.

Health insurance

The company or association also receives costs for sick pay and fees for substitutes. With health insurance, sick leave can be reduced by giving employees quick access to high-quality private care.

Data crime insurance

The insurance gives you access to expert help that investigates what happened and restores systems and information that has been destroyed. We help you get started with the business as fast as possible in the event of an interruption and reimburse the costs incurred. We also reimburse costs that arise for monitoring that your customers' identities or credit card information are not stolen.
