What does life insurance cover?

	Included	Life insurance pays a lump sum upon death, regardless of cause. The payout goes to your spouse or legal heirs unless you name a different beneficiary. You choose the coverage amount (NOK 500,000–8 million, or more upon request). After age 60, the amount decreases by 10 % per year.
	Included	Free access to our 24/7 medical advice service, where you can speak with experienced nurses. You can get answers to questions about physical and mental health, illnesses, and injuries.
	Included	If your surviving spouse, partner, or child experiences an acute mental health crisis due to the death, the insurance will cover up to 10 sessions with a psychologist.

Why do you need life insurance?

By buying life insurance, you safeguard financial security, predictability and stability for those left behind. Life insurance is essential if you have children, a partner or other loved ones that depend on you to cover a mortgage or other living expenses.

Purchasable from 18-60 years, life insurance provides a one-off payout in the event of your death, regardless of cause. The compensated amount is NOK 500 000-3 million, with the possibility of applying for a higher sum.

The payout is made to your spouse/heirs in accordance with Norwegian law, unless requested otherwise by providing a beneficiary.
